I am a full stack web developer with great passion in utilizing my skills to create better web experience for you. I know how to get things done, and I try my very best to always answer yes I can make that happen. Here are some facts about me:
Professionally
- I know PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQLi, PostgreSQL and have played with NodeJS, AngularJS. I also know a bit about servers (LEMP, LAMP) from maintaining my own websites.
- I have designed/developed various responsive websites and I enjoy creating best performing UI/UX.
- I am a fast learner and a self motivated person.
- I am a team player.
- I also know a thing or two about photo, video and music editing.
I'm an EEE (ExpressionEngine Expert)
- Why does EE gets its own section? Because I've spent the last 3 years of my career perfecting my skills with this powerful CMS tool.
- I currently work at Hop Studios and I am the lead add-on developer.
- I have/had the privilege (?) to work on many legacy add-ons/systems so dare I say that I really do know EE inside out 🤓
Other than programming
- I love cooking and making kimchi.
- I play badminton and hike weekly.
- I am the vocal and guitarist for a Taiwanese folk song band.
- I take good food pictures.
- I guide students in a local math learning centre, and I am quite good at it.
- Favourite food: sushi, India curry, Pho, steak, lobster...
- Favourite band: Spitz.
- Favourite TV show: Black Mirror.
